» Which license - Standard / Professional / Technician?


Standard: (Note: Some products may not have a Standard license option)

A Standard license has all basic program features available. A software activation key is provided at the time of purchase. The key is limited to installation on 2 computers.

Professional: (Note: Some products may not have a Professional license option)

A Professional license has additional software program features available. A activation key is provided at the time of purchase. The key is limited to installation on 2 computers.

Technician: (Note: Some products may not have a Technician license option)

A Technician license has all the features of the Professional. A Professional license key is provided at the time of purchase. The key is limited to installation on 2 computers.

A Technician license also includes a USB hardware activation dongle which is sent by courier (please allow 4-8 days delivery - Web tracking information is provided). The dongle makes the license portable as it can be moved from PC to PC to activate the software.

» When will I receive my product activation key?


Your product activation key is displayed on a web page at the end of the purchase process and is also be sent by electronic mail.

If there is a delay in your credit card provider authorizing the transaction, your registration key will be provided only by email and only after credit card authorization takes place.

» Shipping of CD's and Dongles?


The purchase price includes shipping costs. Note: GetData is NOT responsible for any customs, excise, or import duty applied by other agencies.

Your CD is produced on demand at the time of your order by our CD manufacturing robots. This ensures that on your CD you will always receive the most up to date version of the software purchased. Your CD is posted the following business day. Please allow 10 days for delivery.

Activation dongles are sent by courier. You will be provided with on-line tracking information to track your order.

» Can I use a purchase order?


Companies can place a purchase order (PO) by using the "Purchase Order" option in the shopping cart checkout. An order reference number with then be provided.

A copy of your PO paperwork containing our purchase order reference number can be sent to sales@getdata.com (the fastest method) or faxed or mailed to:
